There was a neat and cozy room in 2 bedrooms. The hotel's location was nice, on the area where you take towels when you go for a swim with a supermarket and stores within walking distance.

Very comfy bed, clean bathroom and climate control, television, and a fridge in the room. Smooth check-in, late check-out.

Location really close to the basketball court, a taxi, and resturant. Neat room in 2 bedrooms, magnificent location in everything ask for coffee. A great selection of great food.

During our stay at Royal Residence Hotel, we were impressed with the spacious villa that we were allocated. The room was comfortable and provided enough space for us to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring. The villa had all the necessary amenities including a microwave, which was convenient for heating up water for tea and coffee. We appreciated the effort put into making sure the room was clean and maintained.

The most important thinl is the light of the Hotel Sign board was not working, also a big board in the road and it is infornt of the hotel. That's why we west more the 1 houre searching for the Hotel and you will not belive we pass infornt of the hotel more the 3 times.

The reception staff was so wonderful and welcoming, especially the one who checked me in. I felt good for the money I paid. I will certainly pass over there every time I transit through umm al Quwain. I felt at home and at peace. Great experience to have with family. I am definitely coming back!

Good location to more activities made it easy to get to key attractions. Everything was awesome, yet a few employees where totally unhelpful.

The value for money at this hotel was fantastic. With spacious private villas and all basic amenities included, it was definitely worth the price. The location of the hotel, opposite a school and on the edge of an industrial estate, provided a calm atmosphere away from the hustle and bustle, making it a great choice for a weekend getaway. Additionally, the staff were attentive and the service was top-notch.

One small aspect could be improved but overall, everything was okay.

The hotel was fairly clean and staff were very very helpful and excellent, everything was amazing. Liked the restaurant for all the staff including the stewards at the restaurant. It offered good service and good food too.

Independent villa is a good idea for relax.

Services: like we asked for extra table and some chairs, so they asked charge for 25 AED per table, and 10 AED for each chair. !!!

We had a great city break! The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, and they even offered us complementary drinks upon arrival. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city and within walking distance of several great restaurants. the pool area was lovely and very well maintained. we had a very enjoyable stay.

There were a few minor issues to note. The towels in our room were not replaced each day, which was a bit frustrating.

The layout of the villas was superb; the interiors were good. All in all a very good experience.

Some of the Kitchen equipments (oven / Fridge) were not proper.

The hotel is situated on the edge of an industrial estate, which makes it a quiet location and perfect for a good night's sleep. The room was clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed and a modern bathroom. The staff provided excellent service, and the breakfast was delicious with a variety of options. The view from the balcony was breathtaking, overlooking the city skyline. The leisure facilities were also top-notch, with a well-equipped gym and a relaxing spa.

I noticed a questionable smell in the hallway, which luckily did not permeate into the room.

The layout was very good . A silent place . Place very good for relaxation , family get together & solitude .

-No briefing on things like intercom nos.(reception ,room service etc) on check in. - No drinking water provided in the room - Restaurant was closed on account of manpower unavailability . We were told to order breakfast from outside . No advance intimation was given.Certainly , this is not the right way to treat customers - We ordered tea in the morning which came after 90 minutes. Reason given was no milk was available . - Customer service needs lots of improvement . -No manning in swimming pool area. - Kitchen did not have gas facility . - Will not recommend this to others .
